1. Damaged Product Received
- Within 48 hours of receipt of order, we request you to raise a request on email@example.com with photos and details. While we ensure strict quality control and tight checks across the delivery chain - we will ensure if the damage is before it reached your pet or you, we would replace the product. Without timely response from your side your refund request would not be considered.
2. Refund and Return
- We normally only return a product - faulty, damaged , opened or incorrect ( in size or colour). For Size and Colour we will replace the product but not refund
- For faulty , damaged , opened , incorrect : Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting images and we will enable easy returns
- We normally credit the money in your bank / mode of payment processed or in your wallet as per preference
The following items are strictly non refundable, for alternate choice of colour or type : we can replace with return freight requests to be paid.
Unless damaged or opened before receiving and we receiving photos within 48 hours to email@example.com, we will not refund the following under strict terms for following items
- Beds, Mats, Crates
- Personalised Products like Harness, Tags and others
- Water Fountain Filter
- Cat Litter
- Food Items and Treats
