How do I place an order?

Select the product you want to purchase, add it to the cart, and make the payment by adding the desired payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer Digital payments via apps such as UPI, Paytm, etc., or even payments via Credit and Debit Cards. 

Where do you ship?

We ship all across India through our trusted delivery partners. No matter where you are, we ensure your pet’s favorite Goofy Tails products reach your doorstep safely and on time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email or find it in your account on the website. You can use this tracking number on the shipping carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment.

How long does delivery take?

Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link, which will keep you updated on the dispatch and delivery date of the product.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order by contacting our customer support team within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to help you.

What if I received the wrong items?

If you’ve received the wrong items, don’t worry! Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll quickly arrange for the correct products to be sent to you or assist with an exchange/return at no extra cost.

What is your return and refund policy?

Report within 24 hours – If your order is damaged, leaked, unsealed, or incorrect, email support@goofytails.com

Eligible for return/refund: Defective, damaged, or wrong items.
Size/colour issues: Replacement only, no refund.
Non-returnable (unless damaged): Beds, mats, crates, personalised items, filters, cat litter, food, treats, and supplements.
Refunds – Processed once approved, to your original payment method or Goofy Tails wallet.
