As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Goofy Tails. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Goofy Tails, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
If there’s something wrong with what you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 week to issue a refund and return your product.
Goofy Tails offers its customers an Customer Friendly and Transparent Return policy wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery.
If you would like to return a product, here are the steps

- A brief explanation of reason for refund would help

- We will initiate a pickup from the address. Please mention the pickup address with pin code and phone number.
- Once we receive the goods in unused / undamaged condition, we would initiate a refund.
- If it is a replacement order due to size or colour, we would initiate a replacement parallel to the pickup.
- You refund once initiated would be notified and payment would reflect in your account within the gateways stipulated period of 4-7 days ( can be earlier as well)
- on COD orders - we normally prefer to send the same in your bank account / payTM or Google pay
- If however you send us the wrong product or the product has been used and given back ( unless it is not meeting a performance mentioned or a role mentioned) we will not be able to initiate the refund.
- We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
- Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
- We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Goofy Tails is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
- We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take 48 hours to process. Once initiated it takes 3-5 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment made when you placed the order.
Goofy Tails is responsible for return shipping costs. Every returning shipping is paid by Goofy Tails, even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place. We normally have free shipping on all orders. However please check with us from time to time on updated policies. We use various delivery partners across India and notify you when the goods are shipped. If you require express shipping before / after placing the order you can always notify us via email / whatsapp / phone and we will check the extra charges and take those to ensure super quick delivery in urgent cases.
