Returns/ Exchange Eligibility

All our products which come under the below-mentioned categories will be eligible for an exchange.

  1. Wrong Order
  2. Expired Product
  3. Damaged Product

The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item has been received by the customer in a damaged or faulty condition.

  1. Edible and perishable items such as food, treats, supplements.
  2. Toys
  3. Any personalised product
  4. Bedding and crates.
  5. Cat litter, trays & accessories
  6. Cat furniture and scratchers
  7. Grooming Products
  8. Sale items

 

Returns (If Applicable)

  1. Please send us the request within 48 hrs of the delivery.
  2. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging. Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Please make sure you make an unboxing video before placing the request and send us the request with Order ID and details on [email protected] for us to understand the situation better.
  5. We will initiate a reverse pick up within 3-5 working days.
  6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  7. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 working days.

Cancellations by You:

In case of requests for order cancellations, GoofyTails reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. For you to cancel an order, there is a time period of 24 hours from the time you place the order. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 6-7 working days.

We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.
